With more than 20 years of military and security industry experience, Alex has focused the majority of his career on enhancing the security of organisations and for individuals. Delivering security and making organisations more resilient to global insecurities has taken Alex to high-risk regions across the world, helping to form a firm foundation for this role. With a background in the British Armed Forces and experience across the private security sector, Alex has taken on challenging and diverse positions with a track record of success for clients around the globe, this has allowed Alex to take on the responsibility for the position of Director of Global Services for our organisation and places him in an excellent position to help our clients and their organisations meet their objectives.

Edward joined our organisation to lead our client relationship management department based in London. He has joined us from a successful career in the financial sector, where he spent 12 years in senior and operational positions for a major global wealth management & investment bank. Before this, Edward had experience within the law sector, specifically commercial law. In the role of Head of Client Relationship, Edward manages many of our most important client relationships and leads this department. Edward has successfully developed our client relationship department to offer our clients an unmatched level of service by developing an in-depth understanding of each client's regional and global needs and continuously ensuring we deliver success for them wherever they choose to operate in the world.

Steven is our Global Sales Director and leads our sales department from the United Kingdom. Based in London, Steven has supported domestic and international clients expand into new markets and operate successfully across the globe, ensuring our clients receive the services they need regardless of geographic complexities. Steven has come to us with over two decades of international sales experience working for large global organisations in the commercial sector and is well-practised in delivering global services and enterprise technology for organisations in both the private and public sectors. Steven directly manages the majority of our 'key' global sales, client relationships, international relationships and global partners, actively overseeing each programme to deliver global security risk management and security services, technology and other related products and services.

Robert is Head of Global Security Risk Management here at AG Global Strategies, predominantly involved in leading our Risk, Crisis and Security Consulting practices across the Middle East and North Africa. Robert is a former British Armed Forces professional of 12 years and a subject matter expert with over 16 years of experience in the security sector, encompassing complex and hostile environments and the security of organisations around the world. As Head of Global Security Risk Management, Robert has overseen the delivery of a variety of projects covering commercial sites, embassies and critical infrastructures, such as port facilities and oil & gas facilities around the world.

With a 12-year career in the British Armed Forces and a further 11 years of experience in the security industry, CJ is a highly qualified addition to our management team. Before becoming our Operations Coordinator, CJ predominately operated between London, the Middle East and Africa, gaining valuable skills to bring to this role. From being a key liaison between senior management and over 150 projects and overseas teams, managing departments of over 40 personnel, to having responsibility for all aspects of operational output, budgetary control, planning, staffing requirements and developing departmental efficiencies. Including leading a successful strategy to achieve 'key' objectives across West Africa and coordinating operations in complex East African countries. With direct oversight of operations, CJ is well-placed to embed our company culture and successfully coordinate global operations.
